Ingredients:
2 cups of blueberries
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Method:
1.In a large bowl,beat together the butter, eggs, salt and sugar
2.Add the flour to the above mixture along with baking powder and milk.
3.Blend in the vanilla extract
4.Add the blueberries
5.Beat them until a smooth texture is formed
6.Grease the muffin pan with butter .
7.Place the muffin/ cup cake wrappers in the pan after greasing the muffin pan.
8.Pour the beaten mixture into the wrappers
9.Meanwhile,preheat the oven to 350F
10.Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes.
Serves: 15 muffins.
