Rajma ( red kidney beans)-pressure cooked 1 cup
Rice flour- 3/4 cup
Chilli powder- 1 tea spoon
Ginger -grated 1 tea spoon
Green chilly- finely chopped 2 tea spoon
Oil- for shallow frying
1.Soak rajma the previous night and pressure cook them the next day.
2.In a bowl. mix together pressure cooked rajma, rice flour,chilli powder, ginger, chillies, salt and little water.
3.Make into a dough like consistency.Make small balls out of this dough.
4.Meanwhile, put a skillet on stove and smear it with oil.
5.Take a dough ball in hand, flatten it a little on each side with your hand and make it like a patty
6.Place the patty dough on the skillet and shallow fry until brown on both sides.
7.Serve with tomato ketchup
Makes: 8-10 patties
