TH loves anything fried in oil .Its been raining E.V.E.R.Y. single day here and what more a reason do we need to indulge in some fried snacks?
Maida/all purpose flour-1 cup
Hing- a pinch
Red chilli powder-1 -2 tea spoon
White sesame seeds-2-3 tea spoon ( I like a lot of them)
Oil- for deep frying
Water- for making the dough
1.Mix the maida,red chilli powder, hing, sesame seeds and salt adding little water and make it a soft dough ball.
2.Make small balls out of the dough and set aside.
3.Roll a ball as you would do for a roti and cut them into dinamond shapes.
4.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry these diamond cuts.
5.Store them in an airtight container for freshness.
